Some of projects we have been working on lately. This is not extensive list, many of the projects will see the daylight in much later phases or might not become public at all.
Clickstreamer.net
Initiative was to come up with web/app analytics tool that requires no configuration to collect relevant data about the use, visitor and session and stream it to either managed backend systems or forward it to whatever data lake or warehouse then can consume it. Base of the system is well-proven code that has been in field testing more than a decade.
Kenen.app
Kenen (translates to “whose” in Finnish) is application to create messaging link for any asset anyone can use to send messages to the asset owner anonymously. The idea came from boat related facebook group where people kept on asking “whose boat is this” when there is some issue, e.g. boat is sinking, ropes loose etc. Most assets have some registration or serial number visible, registering that to kenen.app allows user to receive messages about that asset and label it with special “kenen.app” sticker with QR code pointing to service (indicating that asset is connected).
Super Gym
We wanted to make ulta-private gym application without backend. Made as PWA allows using Super Gym like mobile app (or turning it to real mobile app), it is currently being actively used by group of test users and hopefully graduates as real Android/iOS app in coming months.
3D Mind Map
While making mindmapping tool for internal use (one that I can save client data securely and separately) we thought that it might be interesting to go beyond 2D maps. Out of curiosity came this 3D mapping tool, allowing to visualize more complex things on various levels. Not necessarily usable for most of mindmapping needs but at least it allows making fancy visualizations with autorotation of the map.
Puksaamo
Several projects needed test bed to test product data management, supply chain processes, ecommerce analytics + optimization etc. so we thought that creating a real life shop that sells real goods would be as realistic test bed as possible. Volumes might not be significant but fully working ecommerce with all the integrated backend systems included helps to spot the process weaknesses and limitations that might not come up around the drawing board.
